Q: Are you licensed and insured ?
A: Yes. We are fully licensed and our PUC number is LL-01830 . We are in good standing with the PUC (public utilities commission ).
Colorado Law states that any luxury limousine company carrying 1 - 10 passengers or more is required to hold a 1 million dollar policy and we do.
A: In most cases a 20% gratuity is normal. Ask if tips are included in your rates. The gratuity is part of your rental fee.
A: You should expect to deposit an amount equal to at least 25% of the fee quoted to you for services.
A: In most cases you will get an email instantly or a phone call to provide you with excellent customer service to answer any questions you may have.
A: Certainly! After you submit your online quote request.
A: Just ask and will be happy to customize to your needs. In fact, We have VIP arrangements with clubs and restaurants that allow you to cut waiting lines etc, so just ask!
A: Sure, we provider a child safety seats, but you should request it ahead of time as we will not keep one on board at all times to allow more room for luggage etc.
A: Depending on "how late" your flight is! Usually, we will allow up to 30 minutes at no charge. Beyond that, you should expect a reasonable waiting-charge...but for airport transfers, ask ahead of time!
A: Under special circumstances like airport pick ups etc., we will allow pets so long as they are crated or in some kind of travel carrier. Pet hair is a concern for the next passenger who might have allergies, so ask ahead of time.
A: Just ask when you speak to our limo service. We use newer vehicles that are no older than 8 years. But beware, companies charging rates too low are suspect for using older vehicles and your safety should be more important than saving $5-20 per hour, right?
A: Depending on the type of limo and the event... you can expect a cancellation fee of some sort should you cancel your reservation at the last minute. This is why we ask for a deposit that is non-refundable or with specific cancellation terms.
A: Sure! We encourage corporate accounts since they are a steady stream of business, particularly during the business hours of the day when our cars are more likely to be idle.
A: You bet! Unless you absolutely have to have limo service on a Friday, Sat, or Sun... you can always get a better rate mid-week because demand is usually lower on those days. Regarding hours... evenings will always be higher so unless needed for a particular event, try daytime hours for better rates.
A: We demand our drivers to look professional, a shirt and tie is common. Depending on the event and time of day, you can make a request for a particular look. You can even arrange to meet your driver in advance if you ask.
